1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the sk333 platform located at sk333.io (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all services offered by sk333, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, arcade games, and all promotional activities.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. sk333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material amendment will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of sk333 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sk333 or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.

sk333 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during the player's relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a request may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on sk333. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, sk333 will close all associated accounts, void any open bets or bonus balances, and may withhold deposits pending an internal review.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. sk333 accepts no liability for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Notify sk333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

sk333 will never request your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. sk333 may close or suspend any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violation, money laundering, or underage gambling. Where an account is closed by sk333 for cause, any bonus balance will be forfeited; genuine cash balances may be returned at sk333's discretion following an investigation.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

sk333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and financial compliance standards. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during a player's account lifecycle, sk333 may require the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the past 3 months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: For high-value accounts or unusual deposit patterns, sk333 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gambling.

All KYC documents must be submitted in English or with a certified English translation. Documents that are expired, altered, unclear, or inconsistent with account registration details will not be accepted. sk333 processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sk333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by sk333, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your sk333 account in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits will be returned to the source, and the receiving account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to first release of funds.

For fully verified accounts, withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Rocket / Upay: Within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 banking business days, subject to issuing bank processing.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / BRAC Bank / City Bank: 1–2 banking business days.

sk333 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing delays beyond the stated times may occur during high-volume periods, on Bangladeshi public holidays, or where additional security checks are required. In such cases, sk333 will notify the player via email or live chat.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on sk333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sk333 does not apply currency conversion charges. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

sk333 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

sk333 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and using automated systems to place bets. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

6.3 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonus funds and free bet credits expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

7 Game Rules & Sports Betting

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on sk333 are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider. The applicable game rules are accessible within each game interface. sk333 accepts no liability for technical errors originating within the game software of a third-party provider; any disputes regarding game outcomes must be directed to the relevant provider's dispute resolution process, with sk333 acting as an intermediary where appropriate.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using sk333 to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sk333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

Unauthorised use of sk333's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. sk333 operates as a platform focused on the Bangladesh market and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, bonus, or payment, you should contact sk333 support in the first instance.
